This four tier system, which can attach as a standing unit or a hanging unit, allows you to store up to 20 caps. In the recently released New Era Book 2009 displayed on one of the pages was this New Era LED Hat Light. Since we are unable to read Japanese we arent quite sure what the text says but as you can see the contraption consists 5 small LED lights on a New Era branding base which has two clips allowing you to clip the unit onto your brim. In development for over three years, the Fitted Pro System is getting ready to make an official release. The Fitted Pro System is a device which will restore your fitted hats. It resizes, reshapes and restores fitted baseball caps. If your fitted cap is to small the Fitted Pro System is able to enlarge the hat. If the cap is dirty you can simply clean it up and throw it on the Fitted Pro System and let the high powered dryer safely dry your cap while reshaping it to its original state.

Now this is something i find pretty interesting, specially since it dates back to the early days of New Era. Shown above are original New Era wooden sizing blocks. These are what New Era use to use to size up the fitted caps before the blocking machine was created. The wooden blocks themselves date back to the early 1920s. I would love to have a few of these sitting around as just something to place my cap on when i walk in the door or as pieces to display certain caps.
