Baltimore Orioles New Logo & Jerseys for 2009

Last week the Baltimore Orioles unveiled their newly designed team logo and jerseys which the team will begin to wear during the 2009 MLB season. Shown above is the new logo pictured next to their old logo, and as you can see theres not to much of a difference. A few alternations here and there but for the most part they just cleaned it up a bit and changed the stance of the Oriole. A few changes were made to the home and alternate uniforms but the biggest redesign has to be on the away uniforms which will finally have the addition of “Baltimore” printed across the front. This will be the first time in 36 years that the Orioles jerseys which carry the name of their home town on the uniforms, defiantly something to mark down in the history books for all you Orioles fans out there.
